Allegro Business Solution

Just like our other projects, the Allegro Business Solution is based on the Allegro Framework. It is a programming environment that we’ve developed as a common web platform for our cloud-based software solutions.

The Allegro Framework consists of two main components: an application menu with a desktop for running individual tasks, and program components allowing a standardized development of new modules.

A range of pre-built components can be placed on the desktop and create so-called dashboard configurable according to individual user needs. These configurations can be saved and freely switch between.

All data forms are provided with a list of stored records that the user can open for editing or deletion.

Provides all mandatory components for double-entry bookkeeping. Standard blocks include the ledger, received and issued invoices, banking register and VAT tax return. This basic module is closely interlinked with the Invoicing module, and can optionally be extended to cover payment reminders, budgeting or detailed analytics. Interconnection with banking software is also possible.

Contains a register of issued and received invoices (including down payment invoices). Although the module is implemented as a standalone unit for practical reasons, interconnection with the Accounting module makes it an essential part of the system. In order to facilitate the creation of invoices, the system is closely linked with product registers, inventory records, price lists and business documents.

The Business Documents module provides everything that small and medium-sized enterprises need for their trading. This includes material ordering and purchasing. The system covers the entire supply chain from the offer through confirmed order to the delivery note, invoicing and entering into accounts. For regular invoicing, contracts can be used to automatically generate invoices according to pre-defined rules. Everything is mutually linked, individual documents can be created from other documents.

Keep track of inventory items and their stock quantities. The module supports multiple stores and allows detailed breakdowns by location or placement. Individual product serial numbers can be tracked as well as lot numbers. Stock prices are calculated as average prices. Price lists can be created for different target groups of customers. Multiple currencies as well as alternative units of measurement are supported.

This module is suitable for controlling simple production processes. It is always implemented following a previous analysis and according to the specific needs of the customer. It allows preparing documentation for the production process, planning the process with regard to job orders and contracts, monitoring the entire process, and its final evaluation. It is tightly integrated with the other modules.

The File Manager works as a central repository for files and documents related to various registers in the system. This includes scanned invoices, employee photos, or contracts. All of these are manipulated through a sophisticated tool, which supports convenient uploading of multiple files at once, filing into folders, and content preview via thumbnails. The built-in local printer management allows printing on devices connected to the internal network.

The Web Content Management system is a simple module for creating and managing web presentations directly in Allegro. It is based on templates defining the individual pages and providing textual and graphic elements as re-usable components. Everything is stored in a database, so the entire site content, including JavaScript and CSS definitions, is firmly in your hands.

A universal component that can be configured for various uses. For example, it can display the daily use of company vehicles, the scheduling for your training room, or visualize the tax calendar. A custom set of events can be defined for every particular use.

The Calendar is also used to show tasks assigned to individual users, and provides an overview of how individual business activities are scheduled.

You can track contact with your customers and suppliers via this application, which allows recording the type and result of the contact, producing a complete and formatted report from the meeting, or adding various files. Based on these records, tasks or calendar events can immediately be created.

All of the customer’s/supplier’s invoices, concluded contracts and previous contacts are always available when making a new entry. Technical support employees, for example, can use the application and have all important information about the given entity at hand.

An e-mail service of sorts but no mail server (such as MS Exchange) is used for sending messages: the communication takes place internally between Allegro users. If an e-mail address is registered with the user account, the messages can also be shared outside of Allegro, via regular e-mail.

Templates with built-in macro support can be defined for individual message types, and interconnection with the File Manager ensures that any files can be attached. This can be very practical for directly sending created documents such as invoices, payment reminders, orders, contracts etc. An overview of your inbox and outbox messages can be placed on the Dashboard.

A system for recording frequently asked questions and publishing answers. Questions and answers can be entered by the system administrator and viewed for selected applications, but users themselves can ask questions and thus initiate the process of their creation. An allocated consultant is informed by e-mail about a new question. When the answer is provided and sent to the asker, it is also published with all related applications. This tool is available for all license types.
